Specializing in gingerbread with pork set meal
“Genki-ga-deru Shokudo”
"Pork ginger-grilled set meal"
delivers vitality
This artisanal dish features Shimanto morning ginger grown in the clear waters of the Shimanto River, richly sweet domestic cabbage carefully selected for its compatibility with ginger yaki, and expertly sliced thinly sliced pork, tossed in an exquisite sauce and served over rice.
We are proud to recommend this excellent dish, which brings out the best of the ingredients through careful preparation.
We put our heart and soul into every dish and deliver it with warmth.
Nori-ben Ichinoya
A masterpiece "nori bento"
filled with attention to detail
The secret of its popularity lies in the superb ingredients themselves, which have been carefully selected.
The rice is a perfect blend of Niigata brand rice "Shinnosuke" and glutinous barley. The seaweed is "Ukinagashi" from the Seto Inland Sea, which has a firm texture, and the Isobe-age (fried fish cake) is made with takewa from Shiogama, Miyagi Prefecture and aonori (green laver) from the Shimanto River in Kochi Prefecture. All the ingredients in the bento are packed with care and no corners have been cut.
